We have launched a special youth program called SAFETY, which stands for Security Against Faceless Enemy Towards Youth. Fathers and mothers, please join your children -- January 25th at the Mac Center -- to kick off our new program to educate your kids on the dangers they are facing in today’s world This will open your eyes and help you have a better understanding on the dangers of the faceless enemy. This event features our very own Eddie Ghassali, a youth counselor at the Red Cross, and begins at 8:30 pm on January 25. Refreshments will be served. The Assyrian Orphanage & School Association (TMS) will be hosting its Annual Benefit Gala / Mother Day Party on Saturday May 11 at the Virgin Mary Social Hall. The Orphanage & School Association has been in existence for over 100 years and have assisted thousands of needy children in the Middle East with education and humanitarian needs. 55th Annual Archdiocese Convention: July 25-28

The Archdiocese of the Syriac Orthodox Church for the Eastern United States and St. Mark's Syriac Orthodox Cathedral will be hosting the 55th Annual Archdiocesan Convention July 25-28 at the Glenpointe Marriott Hotel in Teaneck, NJ. Please note, the church will be closed on Sunday July 28th; instead, morning prayers will be at the convention hotel at 9 am and Holy Liturgy will be celebrated there at 10 am.
