From Out of the Wilderness, You Will Find Jesus

The test of our faith is during the hard times. If we have strong faith in Him, depending on him and relying on him, this is what it means to be a Christian. Being a Christian is not just about the good times.

We all know that we cannot control anything in our lives. We cannot deny we might be sick tomorrow, the weather, or the people around us. We should understand this and come to a very important reality: There is no one, circumstance, no body we can rely on.

To know this reality that we are very weak will lead us to something very important: to rely on the Lord and be with him always.

We see this in Matthew 14:14-22. When Jesus was with his disciples in the wilderness with thousands of others, almost 15,000 people in the middle of nowhere.

Likewise, when we are in the middle of nowhere, and the hour is late, and we experience a feeling of loneliness – this is the same as what is happening here in the Bible.

If you feel the same feeling you are alone, and nobody can help you – you are one the people Jesus especially came to help.  Jesus came especially for you.

We have to depend on him no matter what we are going through. And then the disciples were feeling the same in the wilderness.

Then the savior of mankind appeared and said to the disciples the people don’t need to go away – YOU need to give them something to eat.

So, are the doors closed for you? But there is a small key. The Bible says when we have a hard time, the Lord gives us a way through the hard times.

Let me encourage you and tell you that you have something in your heart. Maybe your ways are way too heavy that Jesus is deep under these burdens for you to notice Him. Or maybe you stayed away from Him so long you don’t trust him yet. But there is STILL something in all of us.

The five loaves and two fish also felt too little. And Jesus simply responded, “bring these to me.”

Give the little things you have to the right person, even amid your dark tunnel. Obey what he is telling you in the narrow way, dark tunnel. Trust Him, put that small trust and faith in his hand and give it to him. And then, as the Bible says, Jesus took the food in His hand and looked up to heaven.

Then Jesus took the break, blessed the bread, broke the break and gave the bread – these are the four words key to the Liturgy. Take, bless, break and give.

“Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.” – Matthew 14:19-20

Jesus says whatever you have, just put it in my hand and I will give it back to you and fill your empty stomachs.

If you are going through a hard time.
If your spiritual time is not on the right track.
If you are going through a family issue, financial issue, spiritual or emotional issue.

From this problem I will fill all your life with happiness and joy and to be always with my beloved one!

Just put that little faith in your heart into His hand – and don’t worry.  He is the only source for our happiness. He is the only answer for our problems. He is the only one who will never leave us or forsake us.
