Palm Sunday is Your Reminder for Eternity: By Father Andrew Bahhi

It is Palm Sunday. Why did you come to church today? This will determine your eternity. When Jesus was entering Jerusalem, he was giving a small image of saving us. We should always be prepared to call “Lord, save me,” so when he comes for the second coming, we will be ready to enter His Kingdom.

We always have to correct our direction, so we don’t lose our spiritual way and lose our eternity.

This is exactly what happened when Jesus entered Jerusalem.

He divided the crowd into two groups a) those who welcomed Him joyfully, while b) others were criticizing him. So, when we come to church, we are either with the people who are with Jesus, or are we Christians by name.

You have to decide which group you are.

While we don’t reject Jesus in our words, our actions will say the truth.

The book of Proverbs says “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” (Proverbs 3:5)

Palm Sunday is the best day. It is the day the Lord entered Jerusalem.

He will come a second time, and He will take his church, the church that is waiting for His second coming. By praises, by thanksgiving, by repentance, and by leading a good Christian life.
